


Here on our little urban pepper farm, I let nature decide to do what it does best; provide great tasting peppers providing you some of the best pepper sauce. I enjoy a good hot sauce, but what I noticed was the big box stuff wasn't cutting it. So I stepped into the world of what I call craft hot sauces. What I found was disappointment. A lot of sauces use the trigger words, Reaper, Ghost, and other mainstream attention grabbers. This did not satisfy what I was looking for. So, I started growing my own peppers, tasting each one right off the plant; this way I get full flavor profile. What I craft is not hot sauce, it is pepper sauce. I open pollinate and let the bees do what they do best. I keep the process simple, and the ingredient list short.

Here at Short Batch the process is kept simple. I personally hand cut everything that goes into your bottle of pepper sauce. I am not some big corporation or some faceless company peddalling hot sauce. I personally craft each and every sauce that graces your palate. I am your neighbor in both physical community as well as online.
