Just like the growing season; it doesn't last year round. Neither does my pepper sauce. I do not grow year round in big green houses. I start every pepper from seed, and once weather permits the peppers are then moved out into mother nature. I do not produce my pepper sauces year round, the growing season doesn't permit for that. So please enjoy during the season. By the time the next grow season comes around your palate will remind you that it's about that time to grab some short batch pepper sauce.
